BodyLove Training

Safe personal training, specializing in women and LGBTQ+ populations.

MISSION

To help people of all body types maximize their physical potential, appreciate what their bodies can do, and increase strength and conditioning in a safe and motivating environment.

About

BodyLove Training was created out of necessity—the necessity of providing a safe training environment during a pandemic that has rendered indoor gyms risky, as well as the necessity for me to return to doing what I love best: using a variety of exercise modalities to help people get everything they can from the body they have so that they feel great and function optimally.

Bodylove Gym

BodyLove Training is focused on safely pushing your physical boundaries to progressively increase your strength, fitness, and health, while providing the motivation, accountability, and encouragement you need to stick with your workout plan. I design each client’s program individually around your specific goals, challenges, medical or physical issues, and fitness level. While many trainers focus primarily on the way you look, I encourage clients to also celebrate success through better sleep, improved energy levels, overall strength, cardiovascular endurance, functional movement, and just feeling more awesome in your body.

The core values that form the basis of my training style include:

  • Dignity
  • Positivity
  • Integrity
  • Growth
  • Kindness

Pricing & Info

Training Hours:
  Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

When you contact me for training, I will reach out to you by email, text, or phone (your choice) to discuss what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have, and discuss scheduling needs. If we both agree that it seems like a good fit, we will set a time for a consultation to go over your specific goals; challenges or medical issues; training frequency; and any other concerns or questions. I will send you a contract once we’ve agreed on the scope of your training program, and once signed, we can schedule your first session. This consultation is complimentary, even if you decide not to train.

All sessions are 50 minutes, which gives me time to fully sanitize between clients. Your first session will begin with a warm-up, and then I will take you through a variety of exercises to determine your strength, movement patterns, and fitness level while I introduce you to some of the modalities we will be using in your training. Although this first session is primarily an assessment, you will still get plenty of exercise and it will kick-start your program and give your body a head’s up for what’s to come. You may even be a bit sore the next day!

Payment is due prior to each session via Venmo, PayPal, or cash. Pricing is as follows:

  • Single sessions: $80 +tax
  • Package of 6 sessions: $78/session ($468 +tax)
  • Package of 12 or 24 sessions: $75/session ($900-$1800 +tax)
  • Package of 48 sessions: $72/session ($3456 +tax)

Cancellations must be made by text message or voicemail 24 hours or more in advance to avoid being charged the full amount for the missed session. Any session to which you are more than 15 minutes late will be automatically cancelled. However, I try to be very flexible when given enough time to reschedule when things come up. I will work with you if you have a variable schedule!

“It was a nice year and a half training with you. In fact, it happened to overlap with the hardest time I’ve experienced so far in life and training with you definitely had helped me stay positive and healthy while dealing with a million adult things in life that weren’t so great. More importantly, you helped me stay motivated in training, and that’s a big deal. It was a change in lifestyle. I can’t say enough thank you for that.”
